Our Board of Advisors

Stree Naidu

With more than 21 years experience in the Asia Pacific IT industry, Stree Naidu is currently the Vice President, Asia Pacific & Japan at Cato Networks. He is responsible for the overall business operations.

Prior to Cato Networks, Stree worked with Imperva for 6 years, and brought with him a depth of technical knowledge and experience in developing and growing software businesses. In his role with Imperva, Stree focused on providing solutions to help customers in Asia Pacific and Japan protect themselves against data security threats, while also leading the regional executive team.

His knowledge and expertise has earned him a reputation as a IT, Channels and Leading Data Security authority for both public and private sectors in Asia Pacific and Japan.

Past Experience
• Regional Vice President of Asia Pacific and Japan for Tumbleweed Communications where he drove significant revenue sales for several consecutive years.
• Channel Director for South Asia at Brio Software where he was responsible for growing the Asia customer base with more than 20 partners across South Asia.
• Held executive level positions with other Nasdaq listed companies such as Sun Microsystems, Hyperion, Art Technology Group, Plumtree and Axway.

Hsien Naidu

With over 20 years of consumer retail experience in the Asia Pacific region, Hsien Naidu has been integral in the growth of many local SMEs. Her wide experience in handling key executive positions from varying industries allowed her to venture through franchising, marketing, branding and intellectual property protection strategies.

Building on her passion to increase each client organisation’s Net Profit Value, she founded Astreem Consulting, specifically to be agents of growth.

As a Certified Senior Practicing Management Consultant and SCOPE IP and ICV Consultant, Hsien and Astreem are committed to bringing innovative and relevant marketing insights to the business community. Her ongoing project partnerships with SPRING, IP Academy, IE Singapore and FLA strengthen Astreem’s presence in the region.

Wun Wen-Na

Wen-na is not new to TSMP, having been with the firm between 2000 and 2006. Wen-na re-joins TSMP as a partner after a short hiatus, where she spent some time at DBS Trustees, as in-house counsel and company secretary at Singapore Airlines and at Singapore Power, one of Singapore’s largest corporations, providing electricity and gas transmission, distribution services, and market support services to more than a million customers in Singapore.

Over and above her in-house counsel responsibilities, Wen-na was heavily involved as a member of Singapore Power’s cable tunnel project team that prepared the specifications, evaluated the tender proposals and negotiated the final terms and offer for seven large scale infrastructure contracts totalling up to $2.1 billion. Subsequently, she was involved in driving the construction and delivery of the seven projects and responsible for key areas like public communications, safety, contract management, claims review and resolution with the international contractors.

During Wen-na’s earlier stint with TSMP, she practiced in our Mergers & Acquisitions and Banking & Finance divisions. Wen-na’s practice areas cover cases on equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and construction project-related transactions. Recent transactions include acting for a bidder in the privatisation of a listed S$800 million stapled hospitality REIT and Business Trust and acquiring a strategic investment stake in a Catalist-listed company by a mainboard listed telecoms company.
